Interesting facts about making flour

In 1795,  Oliver Evans published a book , The young Mill-wright and miller’s guide. The book was written about designing and building the first fully automated milling industrial process. Written in plain language with easily understood plates, it became one of the most heavily used technical handbooks of the entire nineteenth century. This reprint of the first edition faithfully reproduces the original high-quality drawings, including two fold-out plates. Evans was one of the most prolific and influential inventors in the early years of the United States. He was one of the first Americans building steam engines and an advocate of high pressure steam (vs. low pressure steam).

Bread is a healthy and nutritious with long history. Wheat flour which we use everyday is one of the main ingredient of breads. Bread тйн  be used individually or in combination with any meal. Bread is found in Neolithic sites in Turkey and Europe from around 9,100 years ago. There is extensive evidence of breadmaking in Ancient Egypt in the form of artistic depictions, remains of structures and items used in bread making, and remains of the dough and bread itself. According to archaeological evidence, a cave painting which presents various forms of bread, including loaves shaped like animals was found in the tomb of  Ramesses III in the Valley of the Kings, Twentieth Dynasty of Egypt. ​
